These terms and conditions (hereafter the “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions of the use of Mattar Jewelers website at www. mattarjewelers.com (hereafter the “Website”) owned by Mattar Jewelers. When a person (hereafter the “User”) orders a product or products from the Website (hereafter the “Products”), the User agrees to be bound by the Agreement.

The User must be eighteen (18) or older to order Products from the Website. After the User has placed an order at the Website, the User will receive a confirmation e-mail from Jewelers and a binding sales agreement is reached between the User and Mattar Jewelers. The said confirmation e-mail will be sent to that e-mail address as provided by the User in the respective order. The User is responsible for all activities occurred under its account or password. The User is responsible for maintaining the security of its password. The User warrants that the information provided during the ordering process is true and correct. The content of the Website (including without limitation drawings, pictures, sounds, films, graphics and text) is the property of Mattar Jewelers and protected by copyrights and other intellectual property rights. Mattar Jewelers grants to the User a limited license to access and make personal use of the Website. The User shall not have the right to download, reproduce, transfer, transmit, duplicate, sell or modify the Website or any portion of it without express prior written consent of Mattar Jewelers. The User shall have the right to print and download this Agreement for its personal use. Mattar Jewelers hold all rights to accept or decline an order for reasons that may or may not be disclosed to buyers.

The return or exchange policy shall apply within 15 days from the purchase date, in the following cases:

• There is a manufacturing flaw or defect in the commodity;
• Commodity does not conform to legally approved specifications; or
• Commodity is not in accordance to the agreement.

Mattar Jewelers respects the User’s privacy. The personal data and other information received from the User via the website is used only by Mattar Jewelers, except in cases where Mattar Jewelers uses third parties to perform certain functions, such as credit card processing, delivering Products and fulfilling orders. In such cases Mattar Jewelers provides only such information necessary for the third party to perform its specific functions.
Mattar Jewelers reserves the right to transfer personal data and other information received from the User to the authorities in the case of infringement of applicable laws and regulations.
Mattar Jewelers may use the User’s personal data received from the User for marketing purposes. The User has the right at any time to prohibit Mattar Jewelers from continuing the marketing of its products.

Delivery and/or production of any given item(s) may vary depending on the method of shipping selection and the time frame given from production. It is the user’s responsibility to confirm with the time frame of production and delivery before processing the order.

At Mattar Jewelers, we make every effort to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our pieces in full detail, some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, size may vary slightly.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be settled in the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
