Our jewelry is crafted with intricate precision and undergoes rigorous quality checks to guarantee satisfaction with every piece.


MATTAR assures that all pearls are natural, all diamonds are of VS1 grade or higher, and all gemstones used are of the finest quality.


Terms of sale
It is your responsibility to ensure that your Order is correct before submitting it to us. If you have any problems with your order, please call us on +973 17585333.
We will then send you a confirmatory email to acknowledge that we have received your order. This email is sent out automatically to the email address you have provided. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer by you to buy the product(s) at the price set out in the Order.


All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We are not obliged to accept your Order and may, at our discretion, decline to accept your order, by clicking the ‘place order’ button you enter an obligation to pay for the product(s). If your order is declined the payment you have made will be refunded to you.


Upon the automatic email confirming that we have received your order we will check to make sure we are able to fulfill your Order.
We will then send a second email either accepting the order or a cancellation email. The confirmation email will include both confirmation of order and an estimated time frame of production and delivery .Once you receive an email confirming your orders acceptance we will be under a legal duty to supply you with the product that you ordered.

We kindly ask that you confirm the estimated production and delivery timeframes before finalizing your order to ensure your expectations are met.

Producing a commissioned piece
Please be aware that the time required for the creation of a commissioned piece may vary depending on factors such as design complexity, availability of materials, and the meticulous sourcing of premium pearls. At MATTAR we are committed to using only the finest natural pearls, which may sometimes necessitate additional time to ensure the quality and exclusivity of your piece. As such, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates until all materials have been sourced and approved.


Throughout the production process, we will provide regular updates to keep you informed of any changes or delays. For smaller, less intricate pieces, production typically takes 3 to 5 weeks. However, for larger or more complex designs, the process may extend up to 12 weeks. The estimated timeline will be carefully discussed with you during the proposal and design phase to ensure realistic expectations.


Please note that while we strive to meet these deadlines, unforeseen circumstances, such as delays in sourcing rare materials, may occur. MATTAR cannot be held liable for delays that result from such factors, but rest assured we will work diligently to complete your bespoke piece to the highest standards of craftsmanship.


Prices, Shipping, and Handling Charges
Prices do not include charges for shipping, handling, taxes, or any other government-required fees. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the shipping options you select and the availability of the item.


Tax and Import Fees
MATTAR is not responsible for any issues arising from your local customs. If custom duties apply, they are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items seized by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; clients should contact their local customs office for further information.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • There is a manufacturing flaw or defect in the item.
  • The item does not conform to legally approved specifications.
  • The item is not in accordance with the agreement.

We strive to ensure your experience with MATTAR is nothing short of extraordinary, reflecting the luxurious and timeless nature of our jewelry. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Gift Card

Validity: This gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.


Usage: The full voucher amount must be used in one purchase.


VAT Deduction: The VAT amount will be deducted from the gift voucher.


Value Limits: The value of the gift cards are pre-set and cannot be altered. However, you can buy multiple gift cards at once. Gift cards are issued with a fixed value selected at the time of purchase and cannot be reloaded, you can always purchase a new card through our online store.


Single Use: Only one gift card can be used per purchase.


Terms Update: MATTAR reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our gift cards at any time. It is your responsibility to check these gift card terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.


Non-Exchangeable: The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.


Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the safekeeping and security of your gift card following issuance. In cases where your gift card is lost or stolen, MATTAR is unable to replace or reimburse the card. MATTAR cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on a gift card as a result of theft or fraud.


Ownership Check: MATTAR will not be responsible for checking the ownership of the gift card at checkout.


Governing Law: These conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Bahraini courts.

User Responsibility: The User is responsible for all activities that occur under their account or password. It is the User's responsibility to maintain the security of their password. The User warrants that all information provided during the ordering process is true and correct.


Intellectual Property: The content of the website, including but not limited to drawings, pictures, sounds, films, graphics, and text, is the property of MATTAR and is protected by copyrights and other intellectual property rights. MATTAR grants the User a limited license to access and make personal use of the website. The User does not have the right to download, reproduce, transfer, transmit, duplicate, sell, or modify the website or any portion of it without the express prior written consent of MATTAR. However, the User may print and download this Agreement for personal use.


Order Acceptance: MATTAR reserves the right to accept or decline any order for reasons that may or may not be disclosed to the buyer.

Applicable Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be settled in the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
